Mar 04, 2012 · I thought that was odd, and eventually filed a support case. A tech told me, in a poorly written response, that this was by design for security. The following is from the email I got from support, verbatim. Our engineers have informed that Pogoplug software logs out the user every two week this is by design for the user’s security.

I received a used Pogoplug (Model: POGO-E02) and it seems to be...off. When I connect either a USB or an external hard drive, it still stubbornly displays this image.. So then, I try to SSH into it, using root:ceadmin -- this doesn't work either, I get a constant access denied. other common pw's like toor, root, admin, and password don't work either.
