I tried a bunch of things that tech support had recommended the first time I had a problem, but I just couldn't get the drive to mount. I sent it back to Amazon for a full refund. One a good note, I liked the PogoPlug software and got excellent technical support from them. (The first install of the CloudStor somehow corrupted the software.)
