Apr 22, 2012 · Re: POP3 support in Win 8 My Road Runner ISP from Time Warner uses Pop3 servers and WLM connects and retrieves my mail quite nicely both from RR and from my Hotmail account. It also retrieved my GMail account although it set up weird folders which I did not like so I got rid of that.
