    Nov 03, 2011 · Im going to the marine corps ball as a civilian and im wearing a tuxedo with my mini medals and my miniature version of the presidential service badge. The full size badge goes on the right breast pocket of the uniform. I have heard that I should wear the miniature version above my mini medals, in the same fashion as Jump wings or a Scuba bubble.
