Priava APIs support Open Authentication 2.0 (OAuth 2.0) for secure authentication and authorisation. You must generate your OAuth 2.0 credentials in Priava before you can use the API. To do this: Access the Priava Admin tab as an authorized Priava Administrator. Select the API Access > Access Token option from the Admin menu.

REST API CONTACTS. POST /v1/crm/contacts. Creates or updates a contact. If no ‘externalIntegrationId‘ is present, the contact’s first name, last name and email address (case insensitive) are used to match a contact to an existing contact in Priava.
