Aug 06, 2010 · Both instances of USB Printing Support have yellow !'s. Now my printer doesn't work. After spending time on the phone with Canon (printer manufacturer) tech support, they say their software and drivers are installed and that something's wrong with plug 'n' play or usb hardware on the machine. When I install the software and plug the printer in, XP tries to install "USB Printing Support" and failes with "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
