Re: ProLiant Support Pack Install Basically, any valid HP support file you throw in there, including firmware, will be seen by the VCRM. So, just download the lastest HP support pack (8.0) and throw it in that directory (I recommend a seperate sub-dir for each Support Pack - it will parse sub-dirs).
