The Tuition Support Plan provides post-secondary tuition support for the dependant children (under 25) and spouses or partners of eligible Queen's faculty and staff attending a university or college recognized under Universities Canada (formerly the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada) or Colleges and Institutes Canada (formerly the Association of Canadian Community Colleges).

The Post 9/11 GI Bill provides financial support for education and housing to individuals with at least 90 days of aggregate service on active duty after September 10, 2001, or those individuals who were honorably discharged from active duty for a service-connected disability after serving 30 continuous days following September 10, 2001.

Queen's is required to report tuition support payments to the Canada Revenue Agency and provide the student with a T4A form, which requires the student's Social Insurance Number. The SIN number is mandatory to administer the tuition plan, as such is required for the student to take advantage of tuition support.

The Childcare Support Plan provides reimbursement for eligible daycare expenses to Queen's faculty and staff with dependent children under the age of seven (7) attending a childcare facility. In addition, specific plans provide reimbursement for eligible expenses for dependent children between the ages of seven (7) and up to the end of the month in which they turn twelve (12).

Students in the traditional BSN track pay the comprehensive undergraduate tuition rate. Students admitted in May 2019 for the ABSN track pay $780 per credit hour. Tuition for students admitted in May 2020 is $800 per credit hour.
