Oct 10, 2018 · We have a support ticketing system within quickbase. Currently, when clients are emailed, they are sent a notification from quickbase. We would like emails sent back from clients to be automatically added to quickbase and vice versa for techs to be able to send an email that would automatically update the ticket.
