Mar 26, 2017 · qvc is now saying it is owned by HSN. it also says it has a company (outside of the continent) that will offer the premiere support work and replace the product keys for the programs that came with the computer bought from qvc...with a Dell sales rep present in the entire presentation that was lengthy. QVC no longer uses premier tech support.I received a letter they use TECH LIVE CONNECT. they told me to register with them but when i tried my computer warned me this is not a safe website and logged me off.i dinot know if this is a scam but there is a number to call 1-800 648 5998.I called QVC customer service but they didnot know\ what I was talking about.

Oh, I just realized you said "Dell" Premier Tech Support. If you bought the computer from QVC, their Premier Tech Support is the one I am referring to. I don't call Dell when I have a problem because I use the Premier Tech Support provided by QVC. I can't speak for Dell support.
