Absolutely horrid customer service. I purchased a defective Razer Core X Chroma and have been trying to do SOMETHING about it. They straight up stopped responding to my emails though. The only people I can get through to is the Razer Support team on reddit, but all they can do at this point is point me to the emails for further support.

They tend to blame me, the customer, and can't seem to take my perspective. They remain anonymous, nobody has a name.
