Finally found a doctor that took me seriously about my problem. Not only did I have the rectocele, but also the bladder had dropped as well as the vagina walls. I am schedule for June 18, 2010 to have a Laporscope to fix everything. I am little scared, cause I never had this surgery with four holes in the belly.

May 23, 2012 · Re: Rectocele support The best thing I've found for both the retrocele and the hemmoroids is to take a fiber supplement, drink tons of fluids, and eat lots of fruits and veggies. The fiber supplement I prefer is the regular Metamucil, but there are others out there also.
