Jun 21, 2016 · After updating to the latest version and restarting my computer I am getting red frames all over my composition. I tried a render and the red frames showed up there too. Reloading footage hasn't helped. I've never even heard of this problem until today, and it looks like it used to be an issue in Premier, not After Effects.

Jul 14, 2018 · Yes, the scene appears red, which was not like that before. If I try to click and drag an image into the scene, the composition window remains red, however the image file is correctly imported and shows in the timeline. The composition background color is actually set to black at the moment. And yes, AE is up to date. After Effects version: CC 2015

I bought Red Giant's »VFX Suite« and only installed the awesome Supercomp plugin, but after the installation After Effects performance already went south immediately, without even applying the newly installed plugin. Even in low-res rendered RAM previews only 7(!) fps play back.
