Three trackers are predefined in Redmine: Bug, Feature, and Support. Administrators can create additional trackers (go to New tracker). To create a new tracker, type a name and choose a default status for issues (options are New, In Progress, Resolved, Feedback, Closed, and Rejected as well as any new Issue status created by administrators).

Tracker settings can be found in Administration → Trackers. You can add or delete trackers there. You can also set in what order they will appear in the tracker field. Simply move them via drag & drop. How to set each tracker Basic attributes. Fill in the name, default status that the task will have with this tracker and choose other options:

RE: Support Tracker Type - Added by Eric Davis about 10 years ago I use Support for "Question about something but doesn't require any code changes". You can also delete it, rename it, or create other Trackers if you'd like.

I do course work «Outlook Add-In for Integration with Redmine». This code doesn't add the task trackers to project, therefore I don't add a task to this project(see picture).!!
