Licence allocation Learners. All learner MIS accounts with consent for Hwb Additional Services will automatically be allocated an Office 365 ProPlus licence as part of the user provisioning process.. Once learners are marked as a ‘leaver’ in the MIS and the Provisioning Client runs, the account will be automatically deactivated and licences removed.
