Apr 18, 2018 · We are using a host that provides an app via Windows Server 2012 R2 RemoteApp. The don't allow us admin access to the server. Only one computer is having issues. Others work fine. We are able to connect to the service and see the apps but when we launch them it says: Your computer was unable to connect to the remote computer. Try to reconnect.
