Take fan shroud off, lift up radiator and condenser so its off the core support. Remove the lower. When reinstalling new one, slide it under the radiator / condenser and bolt everything back up.

Sep 04, 2012 · Anybody got any kind of tips or advice for this job? I'm midway through it, ready to remove& replace, and I realized that the little bugger is not only secured by like 10+bolts, it's tack welded. Sooooo any guidance would be appreciated. I've got a grinder, it's kinda difficult to get in where the welds are though.
