May 17, 2014 · Posted April 22, 2014 · How to remove support material from object in a clean way? A small file or some sand paper wrapped around my finger. Wetsand paper works quite nicely as the added water helps keep the plastic cool as you sand it.

We have one of those pressure washer cleaning stations to deal with Objet support material. It lets you remove the support using a fine spray of pressurized water. To be honest, it can be a real pain to remove support from all the nooks and crannies of an intricate part.
