    Is it normal for skin to get worse 6 weeks after starting roaccutane (isotretitoin)? Posted 7 Apr 2011 • 1 answer. My 17 year old son has been taking Roaccutane (isotretinoin) for 6 weeks now and his skin seems to be getting worse. He has the expected dry skin but tht's not the problem.
