Jan 19, 2010 · I also called Rogers ahead of time and made a deal with them that would allow me to take the stick back within one or two weeks if I found it was not working well enough for me. I would encourage anyone in a rural location to do this and to get them to note it on your account as it can be a hassle to return if the signal is not strong enough.

As someone who has worked and continues to work in client service, both on the phones and via chat over the years, I can safely say I have never seen such blatant ineptitude and disregard for customer care.
