Jun 06, 2009 · If it's 1400 or 1500 (or if it literally says "Default"), then it may be set too high. Set it to 1000-ish, and try connecting again with your PS3. Make sure your PS3's MTU value is set either to Automatic, or the same as the MTU on your router. If 1000 doesn't work, keep making the MTU smaller by 100 increments until it works.
