I strongly recommend installing the releases in order, on top of your v13 software. V14 was a GM-only release, so v15, v16, v17, v18, v19 are all available to be installed now.

Studio 5000 only supports controllers starting with revision 21. Prior to that, we use RSLogix 5000. Your 5563 controller only supports up to revision 20, so RSLogix 5000 is necessary.
