We receive over 150,000 applications annually from undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as applications for Disabled Student Allowance, the NHS Bursary Scheme and the Part-time Fee Grant.

Dependent (Young) Students. Most school leavers will be classed as 'dependent'. Under the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985, parents have a general obligation to support their children, depending on the particular circumstances of the case. This obligation extends to children over 18 and up to 25 who are in further or higher education or training.

Jun 03, 2009 · I'd have thought it tells you what your daughter is entitled to yearly. At least that's how the funding calculators for England and other funding calculators I've used work. Just had a look at the SAAS calculator, with that amount of support it's definately yearly not termly.
