I had to change to Scorm 1.2, change the mastery value for the SCO, and then change it back to Scorm 2004. Not sure why I can't change it in Scorm 2004. I also tried the quiz again - it still does not communicate the quiz results to Sakai. Thanks, Phyllis

Sakai doesn't support standard learning management specs like SCORM, so it can't track SCORM-compliant content. It sounds like you can add custom SCORM players to Sakai to overcome this limitation. I'd recommend asking your Sakai administrator to investigate a SCORM add-in.
