    Salesforce on Safari is a pretty mediocre experience, both for users and customers. Even though macs are a minor share of the market, they're the platform for about 85% of my customers. The SSP seems to really problematic with Safari. Not to mention that mac salesforce users have issues with desktop integration, etc. I need full Safari support!

    Dec 25, 2019 · FYI, I found Firefox for Mac works better as an alternative to Safari 5 for salesforce. That having been said, Firefox has an annoying habit of downloading pdfs when a page is rendered as a pdf as opposed to displaying it as a plug in.
