SAMH Inverclyde Support Services assist individuals who have enduring mental health problems, alcohol and drug issues and Alcohol Related Brian Damage (ARBD). The services are registered with the Social Care Inspectorate as a Housing Support and Care at Home service, and as such meets regulatory and legislative requirement.

The Inverclyde Alcohol and Drug Strategy sets out how the Alcohol and Drug Partnership Agencies will work together to provide the best response to alcohol and drug misuse problems in Inverclyde. The main aim of the Strategy is: ”to support partnership working which will reduce the impact of alcohol and drug misuse on our community”

About the Service Gateways Services is for people who experience mental health conditions, including addictions, and offers support to establish positive links within community activities and resources, which could improve their health and wellbeing and prevent isolation.
