Sep 20, 2014 · Try disabling Samsung Instant On. I found it in the general settings. Resetting the Smart Hub didn't fix anything for me, but as soon as I disabled this and powered the tv off and on again the Netflix app immediately launched correctly.

Oct 14, 2012 · Netflix support refer me to Samsung and Samsung just tell me to update to latest firmware which I have already done. Some internet research has prompted me to look at my netflix ESN which is available under Tools - Settings - About Smart Hub. This is currently showing "Not Support" but I have no way of changing this.

Next: Verify that the ESN for Netflix is valid. MENU> support> contact Samsung. (I didn't have to) Reset Netflix by selecting MENU> smart hub> reset smart hub. They asked for pin. I used 0 0 0 0 and it reset. Hope this helps. I think the hub reset did it.

Jan 30, 2016 · I have a Samsung UA55D6400, 55" Series 6. For some reason I can't get netflix working. When I go into properties of the smart hub it says "Netflix ESN: Not supported", does that means this tv can't use the netflix app? Other than connecting a laptop via hdmi is there any other way to get the netflix app working on the tv? Thanks

Jun 19, 2011 · You can see the Netflix EIN by going to Internet (Smart Hub)> press the small blue "D" button>Properties>Detail. When I mentioned the Netflix ESN to the tech I had on the phone, they knew it was the incorrect ESN for my model (D5700). If the second alpha-numeric set is D670 (for the D5700 blu-ray), you have the same problem.
