Dec 26, 2006 · Actually, the Solution Manager IMG is fairly accurate if you follow it. It will get you thru the initial setup. If you need more complicated stuff like automatically setting up reported by/support team, etc., or e-mails upon message assignment...all that config is in the CRM part of the IMG and is very non-intuitive, and for the most part, undocumented.
