Open the Saris App and select "Update Firmware" 2. A device scan will begin. To be found by the Saris app, your trainer must be plugged in and awake, as indicated by a flashing light within the trainer.

Saris only accepts returns purchased directly from Saris.com or through Saris Customer Support. If you purchased through another retailer you will need to work with that retailer to return the item. We are unable to give refunds for any products not purchased directly through us.
