Sep 05, 2011 · They should not be. Change the router to 192.168.x.1 where 'x' is anything but '8'. Change your 'external' side of SBS to 192.168.x.2, and ensure that only the SBS external NIC connects to the router. A separate network switch is used to connect the SBS internal side to client PC's.

Nov 09, 2012 · Having a recurring issue with one of my servers running SBS 2003. The Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service keeps turning itself on, approximately every 12 hours. I have to set it to stopped and disabled everytime, or else none of my users will have server access (which also means internet due to this being the DNS server).

I have not disconnected my previous ISP yet so right now I have 2 internet ready to be used.
