SBS 2008 will be out later this year- probably third quarter. MS is still being a little cagy about the actual date, but they are ramping up their marketing efforts already so it'll be soon. sbs 2003 R@ will follow the same life cycle that sbs 2003 does - so take that as End of support in 2013

The Lifecycle site’s FAQ has more information and details on support options if you are not able to complete your migration prior to the end of support dates. If you have Windows 2K servers, the last thing I would be upgrading to is Windows 2003 - apart from the fact you can't buy it from anywhere. I would be inclined to get off the Windows 2000 server if they are getting flaky, but no way would I recommend 2003 as the path to take.
