FYI -- Netflow is a proprietary Cisco output, so the chances of Juniper ever exporting to it are extremely slim. As firewall pointed out, Juniper uses their own version called J-Flow, but the SA's do not support it.

NetFlow version 5, 8 and 9 support IPv4, only version 9 supports IPv6, the default transport used is UDP.
