    Jan 02, 2020 · CSRC Act section 120. If a person fails to comply with a notice under section 120 of the CSRC Act (see 6.2) they may be guilty of an offence (CSRC Act section 120(3)). A person only needs to comply with a notice to the extent that they are capable (CSRC Act section 120(4)). There is no defence for reasonable excuse in section 120 of the CSRC Act.
