May 27, 2010 · Server Address and Support Code 0x85010001 I too am having the same issue. I have an account on @live.com and wasnt sure what the Server address would be and keep getting 0x85010001. I was able to use Microsoft My Phone app and sync my text messages however just want my Contacts which require Active sync to work. Any ideas?
