Remove the ServeRAID-8k Adapter: Rotate the front and rear Adapter latches to the open position to gain access to the ServeRAID adapter. Disconnect the battery pack cable from the adapter. Press down on the latches on each end of the ServeRAID adapter connector and lift the adapter by the ends from the server. Place it on the ESD protected surface.
