A shader supports Enlighten lightmapping (and light probes) when the checkbox "Lightmap & light probes" is enabled in the Lighting section, on the left side within Shader Forge. It's that simple. Unity 4.x. Lightmapping custom shaders in Unity has many strict rules you need to follow in order to make it work properly with Unity's Beast lightmapper.

Nov 26, 2011 · Anyways, I have a quick question about IOS shader performance. I wrote 2 shaders, one is a surface shader, the other is a vertex shader with lightmap support. The vertex shader doesn't support realtime lights, only baked Lightmaps. Will the vertex shader w/Lightmap support be much faster then the surface shader on IOS?

It would be nice to have a non gray out checkbox for Lightmap support under the lighting tab like with Bling-Phong for the Custom Lighting ... because for instance, you have to have specularity, PBR doesn't make sense without it. But in Shader Forge, you can choose not to use it. But then you want to still access lightmaps built for a PBR pipe.

Jan 20, 2020 · also, please don't pressure me into doing or fixing things because holy heck I was burnt out at the end of Shader Forge's first lifetime 👀 I'm mostly working on this casually, either when I need a fix or a new feature, or when I have time to fix something other people really want to see fixed!
