Nov 26, 2015 · On a SharePoint 2013 Server we set up a Document Library. Assigned to this library is a Sharepoint 2013 list workflow which is to be triggered on creation of a new element as well as on change. If a standard folder or a Document is being created, the Workflow starts as usual. If I create a new Document Set, the workflow does not start at all!

Oct 09, 2016 · Please offer a screenshot about your Workflows section and All Files->workflows section. If the workflow was not created from SharePoint Designer, it will not displayed in the SharePoint Designer. Try to create new workflow from SharePoint Designer and see where it is going.
