Provide the output of the show tech-support command and the show logging command, as well as the output of the crashinfo file. In order to send the file, transfer it via TFTP from the switch to a TFTP server, and attach the file to the case.

On the Console, enter "show tech" and allow the device to vomit out all the data. (Vomit is the technical term for it.) Go to Transfer -> Capture Text -> Stop. Your show tech should now be saved to the filename you selected earlier.
