Did you try the suggestion from the support article in my initial reply? Was there a change in behavior? SiteKiosk browser is based on the Microsoft web browser control. This is not the Internet Explorer but uses the core browser features of the Internet Explorer that’s installed on your machine.

Support Request: Hide buttons in SiteKiosk 8. Description. Article 417 talks about hiding buttons in version 5. Is this functionality available with version 8 - I can't find a way of doing it in the configuration application. (I want to hide the print button, since no printers are connected).
