My old shoes are already pretty worn down, and it's time to get a new skate shoes with decent arch support. I also use custom insoles. Long time ago i had a really nice dekline mid top, but they stopped making it.

Honestly any real skate shoe—chucks are beloved by weightlifters because they are most similar to bare feet (no padding, no arch). Emerica is great, adidas is great, Nike’s are great—but do not buy $40 ‘skate’ shoes. Those are fashion shoes, they are not for real skating.

Feb 04, 2008 · I have a flat arch too, but instead of trying to find shoes that have an arch support, buy an arch support insert instead. It's like the padding thing that they have the bottom of every shoe, except you can take it out and put it into whichever pair you are planning to wear.
