Oct 14, 2012 · Netflix support refer me to Samsung and Samsung just tell me to update to latest firmware which I have already done. Some internet research has prompted me to look at my netflix ESN which is available under Tools - Settings - About Smart Hub. This is currently showing "Not Support" but I have no way of changing this.

When I go into properties of the smart hub it says "Netflix ESN: Not supported", does that means this tv can't use the netflix app? Other than connecting a laptop via hdmi is there any other way to get the netflix app working on the tv? Thanks
