Dec 03, 2018 · Back in February I emailed Insteon tech support and asked about X10 support for the Dimmer Keypad 2334-222 and the Dimmer Switch 2477D. At first, James from Insteon tech support told me that the Dimmer Keypads and Dimmer Switches are no longer X10 compatible. But this is contrary to what it still says in the latest manual for the Keypad.

Nov 26, 2017 · No, there is no Insteon intermediate Hub. For the same reasons stated above and to be able to keep a low price, Echo support was added and X10 support was dropped. Actually, an experienced user can maintain several Insteon managers, but unless you are very familiar with the Insteon protocol, you will, not may, run into inconceivable problems.
