Sep 30, 2010 · Does the prison charge any amount per day, in Fla, they actually take $2 per week from the inmate. If any money is sent it is taken from there. Check it out. I wish i could be strong and tell you like the others, but i have a 30 year old son who after many bouts in jail and drugs is doing great. Im glad i didnt give up. Good luck
