Oct 22, 2014 · Officially they support it ( if you go on the website) however we had a few interested customers and I was never able to get it to work not even with SonicWall support, they said a few times that it needs firmware updates and the tickets have for months now been sitting in 'waiting on engineers' to fix the firmware.

Nov 05, 2017 · I called Dell last week and was given pre-sales info that the Verizon JetPack MHS800L would work with the Dell SonicWall TZ400 as an USB failover modem. Now when I called, I was told Dell does not support this modem and only supports the Pantech UML-290. Has anyone had success with these smaller more powerful units? Thanks in advace
