I didn’t care for the ps3 remote, and this looks like they pretty much copied it over to the ps4. I mean, it works fine and all, but I hope the remote has more support for devices, I believe the ps3 remote only worked with Sony receivers.

Apr 23, 2016 · I agree with the other posters that the v.1 Sony PS3 remote is far better suited to being a Kodi remote than the v.2. Although as I've installed the Kodi remote app on my iPhone, I rarely use the PS3 remote these days. The only synchronization issues that I have had with the v.1 remote is when I changed the batteries.

I know i can pair it with my tv but i dont know how. i have never paired a remote before but i know it has to do with some sort of codes. I have an insignia 46 inch tv if that helps.
