May 02, 2013 · [9.006-5] UTM 220 Freezing I just spent the last few hours trying to get Sophos to support their product since we are supposed to get "premium support" but as usual there is no support... Their only suggestion was to re-image the box and get back to them.

Aug 28, 2014 · If the machine ever breaks down, I could then register the premium support on the MyUTM but as long as it is running fine and I don't need support, I can't see of any reason why the support will need to be activated straight away??? You can only lodge a fault or problem with with sophos support if you have premium support.

I am having a nightmare of a time getting dophos licensing support to even reply to me and we purchased "premium" support for our utm 425. I contacted them by ticket on the 14th then email on the 17th and 18th, then phone on the 19th and all we are getting is lip service on the phone and saying they can't help us only the "licensing dept" can and no reply from nsglicensing for days.
