Mar 24, 2015 · The Steam FA is version 1.6.6, and yes, you download Sorian AI 2.1.2 for it. Retail DVDs of FA are at version 1.5.3599, and require the older Sorian AI 2.1.1 in order to work. The differences between the 2 Sorian AI's are the lobby files, where one works with Steam, and the other does not.

Regarding the mods if you are Vaults tab, you will see several mods I did not see these 2 quoted but I recommend testing 4th Dimension has the same effects of these 2 quoted by you.
