Sep 19, 2011 · But with SQL 2000 32 bit it is limited to the 4 Gig limit unless AWE is enabled at that point it maxes at 64Gig with Service Pack 4. With my current setup it appears that all this is the case. The OS sees 192GB and SQL is using 64GB
