Sep 29, 2010 · The good news is that I/O virtualization vendors like Aprius will be able to utilize SR-IOV cards in their I/O Gateways (IOG), but present those cards to the hypervisor as if they were individual cards. In other words the hypervisor will not have to directly support it. This creates a perfect scenario for the addition of I/O gateways.
