I did searched on web and intel Software manual.But am unable to confirm if all Intel 64 architectures support upto SSSE3 or upto SSE4.1 or upto SSE4.2 or AVX etc. So that I would be able to use minimum SIMD supported instructions in my programme.

In MS VS2005 C++ there is an intrinsic function __cpuid which is intended to be platform independent means of obtaining this information. The x64 version of MS C++ does not support inline assembly but does support the intrinsic function. It would be advisable to use this intrinsic. Also, CPU_FEATURE_SSSE3 (0x000000200) is listed as reserved.
